Step-Up is operated by Step Up Competitions (Pty) Ltd (registration 2025/929384/07), wholly owned by the Hout Bay United Football Community Trust. Our competitions are society lotteries promoted on behalf of Hout Bay United Football Community (NPO 165406). We are registered with the National Lotteries Commission as NLC 00268, and each competition runs under its own scheme registration, which is shown on that competition's page.

Complaints process
If you have a complaint about a competition or a purchase, contact us using any of the options above with your order number (if applicable) and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate a competition complaint to the National Lotteries Commission.
If your complaint is about how your personal information has been handled, contact our Information Officer first, using the same options. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): [email protected] or inforegulator.org.za.
