Complaints process
If you have a complaint about a competition or a purchase, please email [email protected] with your order number (if applicable) and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate a competition complaint to the National Lotteries Commission.
If your complaint is about how your personal information has been handled, contact our Information Officer at [email protected] first. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): [email protected] or inforegulator.org.za.
