Refund policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Our competitions are society lotteries registered with the National Lotteries Commission. The Lotteries Act does not permit money paid for a lottery ticket to be returned, so all ticket sales are final. Once your payment has cleared and your ticket numbers are allocated, your entry cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged, and tickets cannot be transferred or resold.

1. When we do refund

A refund is made only where no valid entry ever existed:

  • Purchase after closing. If a payment completes after a competition's closing date, the purchase is void and we refund it in full.
  • Payment errors. Failed, duplicate or accidental double payments are reversed in full. These are payment corrections, not ticket refunds, because no additional valid entry was created.
  • Competition cancelled. In the unlikely event a competition is cancelled before its draw, every ticket holder receives a full refund of their ticket price.

2. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once processed, the money typically reflects within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We do not deduct any fees or portions from a refund due under this policy.

3. Chargebacks

An entry is only valid while its payment stands. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the associated tickets are void and are removed from the draw, as set out in the Competition Terms and Conditions.

4. Questions or payment problems

If you believe you were charged in error or have any question about a payment, contact us at [email protected] before raising a bank dispute, and we will investigate promptly. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and the Competition Terms and Conditions for the relevant competition, which prevail if anything conflicts.
